Our service is free to consumers. We receive compensation from real estate agents in the form of referral fees paid at the time of a successful transaction closing. We may also receive affiliate commissions from third-party products and services recommended on our blog.

3. Not a licensed brokerage

Harbr is a marketing and referral matching service. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and do not provide real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice. Nothing on our website should be construed as such advice.

Real estate agents we refer you to are independent licensed professionals. Harbr does not supervise, control, or guarantee the services provided by any matched agent. Your relationship with any referred agent is solely between you and that agent.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
